DHL International Tracked & Signed including compensation or Royal Mail Track & Trace. All tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days, this can be delayed due to customs offices process times at the destination country. An order confirmation email will be issued upon purchase along with a shipping confirmation email when your item has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive an email please check that your email address is correct and your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
Please keep your order confirmation email as this is your receipt and is required to validate your 1-year warranty.
Returns.
All our tattoo machines undergo rigorous quality control measures and come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty starting from the date of purchase. However, if you have a fault or manufacturing issue you can return the machine back to us using the contact form below.
STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
All machines being returned, customers must fill out the returns form before returning. When returning your machine please describe your fault as accurately as possible.
JD MFG are not liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™ with guaranteed Saturday delivery as it covers your machine from any loss or damage. Any damage or fault that hasn’t been listed beforehand will not be covered under warranty and the issue needs to be taken up with your courier company.
Overseas customers
Please ensure that when you return an item back to us that you use an appropriate service. JD MFG are not liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
JD MFG are not liable to pay import taxes on machines being returned or for repair. The owner of the machine is liable for covering the cost of return. Any items which are returned to JD MFG that requires us to pay charges will either be refused and returned to sender or the sender will be required to pay to cover the cost.
Please note, We DO NOT offer a machine cleaning service.
If you wish to return your JDMFG tattoo machine for a refund, you must contact JDMFG within 14 days of receiving your tattoo machine. Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the JDMFG tattoo machine in its original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition it was shipped. Any signs of damage or tampering with the machine will not be eligible for return and the customer will be required to pay for shipping so that the tattoo machine can be returned.
Once you return has been accepted, you will be refunded within 14 days. Please be aware that the money may take longer than 14 days to show in your account that is related PayPal and out of JDMFG's remit.
